Weekly - Sunday Afternoon Phonics Bingo Game

Since all most all of our kids still at home are ESL ( English is their second language) , we came up with a fun but simple way to practice the phonic sounds. We play what we call phonics bingo after lunch on Sunday. The columns have letters and we can change them so we can practice diff. sounds of the alphabet. Paul calls out words with the beginning sounds, blends or whatever we are working on. Who wins then goes over their winning column by saying diff. words in that column. Of course the prize of candy is always welcomed... but sometimes Paul gives hugs too and a high five :)
