I have shared this before about our family. My children get as excited about the food we prepare and the times we share at each holiday. The material things like gifts and all the comercial stuff is not near as special to the kids. They really feel loved when we prepare special foods and celebrate the real meaning of the holdiays. Yesterday we made cookies and today we made our traditional "buckeyes" which are yummy. Then after dinner we colored eggs. Traditions that they never had or did before . I love the look on Lila's face...Our 3 from Ghana love eggs and to color them was full of pure delight. First time celebrating our Lord has risen.
