Siblings from different countries

Siblings from different countries....It is amazing to me how well my children get along. Even when they   are from different countries, different cultures . We had 5 bio. children. We adopted our son, Abraham from Mexico- 28 yrs ago. He fit right in with our 3 bio. kids and then we added 2 more bio. children. We also did foster care to adopt in Va.. Then we moved to WV and the Lord opened wide the door for us to adopt internationally. We have 6 children from Russia, 10 from Ukraine, 2 from Bulgaria, 8 children from Ghana, and Abraham from Mexico.

No matter how you stack them - thats a lot of pizza

To feed this group plus more- about 32 people every day....

We bought 38 Totino's Pizza for our dinner .

Jesse and Judah wanted pizza for their b-day dinner and that is what we got for them. It is too expensive for us to get pizza at a regular place but, when Totino's are only a dollar we can do pizza nite. It just a bit more pizzas than most families.

I never get tired of celebrating my children's day of birth

They wanted a bubble, dance party...so that is what they got.

Turning 3 is so much fun!

Waiting for their gifts....

And I never get tired of their laughter.....

Happy Birthday Jesse and Judah!

Well we have a new driver in the family- not really but don't tell Mady.

Joseph is such a good uncle. While at the park Mady wanted to ride with us. I was in the smaller van. We were driving to diff. parts of the park and Joseph let her "drive" to them. She thought she was something else...so don't tell her any different.

Headed to the zoo but switched to the Black Hills Park and no one seemed to mind.

Black Hill Regional Park was beautiful . The weather was glorious and the kids had lots of fun.

This was taken at the boat ramp.

We had a picnic lunch and then they played on one of the playgrounds

Mady and her daddy swinging...

These 2 were the hits on the playground. This one was like a zip line and honestly I wanted to ride it.

Andrew loved being bounced around.

Inside the nature center.

We could not have asked for a better weather day....and tonite we are all exhausted. We actually got up early to drive to the National Zoo. Thinking we would beat the crowd...no such luck and the parking was full. Since we were in 3 vans and the line waiting to get in was a mile long we switched our plans...It was more fun and less people ( which I like).
