Here is a great spring craft...

We made this last year and believe it or not we still have many of them hanging in our Peace garden... and the colors did not fade... I am amazed they look almost new.

You take foam sheets of diff. colors and cut them to the desired length. Cut a thicker printed ribbon the same length and glue it on the middle. Then roll it and staple together. You use a hole punch and punch 2 holes in the top - one on each side and tie a ribbon thru them for a hanger. Then you hole punch 6 or so holes on the bottom and tie ribbons of diff. colors... then hang outside for a wind sock.
