Some pictures of some of what we ate in Bulgaria

From this hotdog at a Sheetz like gas station ( actually was a Shell Station), to the typical shopska salad,a Bulgarian casserole, ham and pineapple pizza, potato salad with lots of cheese on top, Fanta lemon with ice ( we had ice everywhere), and Lipton tea, crepe like pancakes to die for,ice cream with fruit and an expresso..... we loved eating there .

Very funny... Paul walked over and saw the food and said,"We sure did eat well there." This was so different from all of our other adoption trips...

Is that ICE??? Everything looks so good. Love the fact you can read and then choose. :D Instead of just pointing and praying it is good. :D

Yes Gail that was ice. We had cold drinks with ice at our meals.. which was also a first. Not much ice in Ukriane or Russia or our facilitator advised us not to order it... remember the water issues and ice was made from that water. Never a concern here.... we Americans are so spoiled....We did lots of praying in Ukraine after we ordered... most was ok but some we could not eat :)
