These are for a friend who is leaving with her husband on Sat. for Ghana. They will be in the same village as our children are. I wanted to share so they can see ahead of time some of what they will be experiencing...
I have to say that I am also jealous ( in a good way) of them...I loved the people of Ghana and many of the faces are often in my heart and mind as I go about my day...
I plan to share more about our trip but wanted to get these posted for them to see...

They are very dirty, hard boiled eggs that we saw plenty of...carried on the heads of people who were selling the eggs..they were not refrigerated and out in the hot sun on top of the people all day long...
Boiled potatoes- that was my dish for dinner one nite... I don't eat much meat at home and I play it safe when I travel :)
Paul had the noodles with a tomato sauce that was very hot- we ended up mixing mine with his because my was more bland and the combination was tasty :)
Love the pics. I love the smiles on the faces of the children the most.
