They have a story to tell.....

I am finally beginning to write a book that I have wanted to for a long time. Actually since 1990 when I felt the Lord gave me a call to. Last week for school the kids worked on a writing project and that was all they did for school besides their reading. I never thought it would be as special to them as it turned out to be. They had to write their stories...starting from the beginning of their lives. They looked thru some memory books we had made and some of their court documents. Many had tears and some even shared how they felt the Lord was making it very special...like while they were writing it a song came on the radio that ministered deeply to their hearts...It was called , How Great Is Our God- The World Edition with Chris Tomlin. It was a very positive experience and not one I could have planned for it to be... I plan on posting each story here and then it will be a part of the book I am writing. So stay tuned for some special blessings and to hear how the Lord was a part of each one of their lives.

That sounds awesome! All of your children's stories are so touching, the book is sure to be a tearjerker~ in a good cry way. Can't wait to read all of their stories~ and yours, too, of course. Your family is such an inspiration.

I look forward to reading your children's stories. Our daughter chose to write her story for a school project and it was a wonderful, hard, therapeutic experience. The class published the books with one of those internet sites, so she now has a hard cover book with her story (the parts she chose to include) complete with photos and it is a treasure.
