Fire Camp...at least that is what the little ones call them is how we ended our Memorial Day

Our weekend ended with our traditional " fire camp ". Ever since our teenagers ( Lily, Josiah, Isaac, Mya, and Luke ) were little the kids have called our camp fires " fire camps". Now our next group of littles call it the same thing....The weather was gorgeous all weekend long, we had a great time being together.

Finally the pools are warm enough for swimming and that is what we did

Cooking

This was a "room" they made for Mya

These were some never melting ice cubes I gave the kids to "cook" with....

Not exactly sure what Mady was doing but she played here for over an hour....

We are a family that lives outside all day in the summer....We swim and enjoy lots of activities outside. I love how the kids are so creative with their play... We have "forts", "houses" all around the yard underneath the pine trees . We have 4 days left of school and then let the summer fun begin.

It was a bubbles sort of day

It was gorgeous weather today so I made a new bubble solution for the kids to try....They were awesome . We played all morning with the bubbles.

Here is the recipe we used :

6 cups of water
1 cup of corn syrup
2 cups of Joy dishwashing soap

As pretty as the spring flowers are to see... my favorite sights are my children

Judah is our muscle guy. He will peddle his bike or push a truck all over the yard non stop.

Jesse at just 3 yrs old can ride his bike with no training wheels.

Smiley Lila

Mya does everything anyone else does

I caught Sari and Grace looking at our photo roll. The kids will click and bring up the 1000s of pictures of our family and sit and watch them. I love that they enjoy seeing their family ...This is one of their favorite things to do.

I get to play with these cuties every day.....

Four - 3 yr olds and a 2 yrs and 4 month old are so much fun... Oh may my days be filled with early childhood kiddos. I love every thing about them...even the tantrums make me smile.
