We made it home

We got home about midnite last nite... very tired and happy to be there. The kids settled in their beds and slept well. We had a wonderful first day with them all and Paul and I were looking at them all tonite as we ate a delicious dinner brought by our friends from church... we could not believe how many there were now around our table. There are 22 of us living here- this includes our "grand" daughter, Ava and our daughter, her mom Mary Kate. We now have 22 children- 5 adult children- with 5 "grand" children, 12 teenagers ( 9 high schoolers and 3 middle school), 5 elem. age... of which we now have 2 sets of virtual triplets, 4 sets of virtual twins, 11 girls and 9 boys still at home- all total 13 girls and 9 boys :)

They loved the swimming pool, and the trampolines, playing soccer and hanging out.. interesting to watch how they pair up...they all love the little ones and Ava.

We do feel very blessed !

You are absolutely inspiring! We have been debating about returning for a fourth child and your family reminds me why we follow our hearts and continue to accept and love as many children as God has in store for us! You may have helped me just finalize our decision (and maybe not just ONE more and of course special needs!)

I was thinking about your family yesterday, knowing it would be your first day home. It sounds like it was GREAT!! I can only imagine what a wonderful feeling to sit at your table and see all your beautiful children. Truly what could be a greater blessing!!!

Mama Jeane, congratulations and welcome back. I always love to see the water fountain when I come to back home to US. I would love to see more pics of your beautiful kids. What a wonderful bunch. I prayed for you while you were there, and I am always amazed how God answers his prayers with just the right children. As you realize, we stand amazed to see His work as He weaves our families design. HOW WONDERFUL! Please come visit us if you are ever in Ga., we would love to see you. God Bless you again and again. Loving them for Him, Donna Jenkins
